What is Nylune?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders within Australia include free shipping with no minimum spend. We want your experience to feel simple from the moment you order to the moment your parcel arrives.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
In total, most customers receive their order within 4 to 9 business days.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Nylune ships exclusively within Australia. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will share the update with our community.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 60 days of delivery as long as they are unused, in original condition and include all packaging.
To start a return, contact our team at info@nylune.com and we will guide you through the process.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may need a few additional days to complete the final transfer.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you need a different size or prefer another style, email us at info@nylune.com  and we will be happy to assist.

What payment methods do you accept?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your tracking link shows no movement or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@nylune.com
We will look into the status of your parcel and make sure it reaches you as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it.
